Oftentimes, it isn’t our circumstances that dictate our inability to move forward- it is our fear. What are you afraid of today? If you name it and bring it out into the light, it becomes much less scary. Kind of like those monsters in the closet when you were little… they seemed way more threatening in the dark.
Name your fears, and take away the power that you have been giving them. Then focus on what you want to do- that big, crazy idea you can’t shake, or that one small action that you know must be done… and go do it.
